Apple and Citrus Chocolate Bark
This sweet treat is a fresh and fun take on chocolate bark. SnapDragon® apples are perfect for this no-bake recipe with their crisp texture and bright sweetness. They're layered with juicy orange slices, covered in melted chocolate, and frozen until set.

Total Time: 5 minutes prep + 1-2 hours in the freezer
Ingredients
- 1-2 SnapDragon® apples, thinly sliced
- 1-2 oranges, thinly sliced crosswise into rounds
- ¾ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay apple and orange slices flat on the parchment paper in an even layer.
- Cover fruit with melted chocolate using a spoon or spatula to ensure the fruit is evenly coated.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours, until chocolate is completely set.
- Remove from the freezer and peel parchment off the bark. Cut or break into pieces and enjoy!
